DNKa Cover Base is a camouflage colour base for gel polish manicures that combines colour, levelling and strengthening of the natural nail in one product. Its self-levelling formula ensures smooth, even application and helps create a perfectly level surface. It has a medium consistency, leaning towards fluid, which allows the product to spread easily over the nail plate while remaining comfortable to control during application. Its medium hardness makes it a versatile base for professional use.

DNKa Cover Base provides excellent adhesion, does not shrink and, when applied correctly, maintains a beautiful result for 3–4 weeks without lifting or chipping. It can be applied in 1–2 thin layers, depending on the required levelling and desired result. For optimal adhesion, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of DNKa Base Rubber, DNKa Multi Base or DNKa Low Acid Base beforehand. How to use

• Prepare the natural nail plate following the standard preparation procedure.
• Clean the nail with DNKa Nail Prep & Cleanser 3 in 1 and apply DNKa Dehydrator.
• Apply DNKa Ultrabond.
• Apply a thin layer of DNKa Base Rubber, DNKa Multi Base or DNKa Low Acid Base as an adhesion layer and cure for 30–60 seconds in a 36–48 W LED/UV lamp.
• Apply 1–2 thin layers of DNKa Cover Base to the nail plate.
• Cure each layer in a 48 W LED/UV lamp for 60–90 seconds. If necessary, apply a second layer to complete the levelling.
• Finish with your chosen DNKa Top and cure according to the instructions for the product used.

Removal

Can be removed with DNKa Remover or using an e-file.
